With all the ammenities of a 5 star resorts, but with the conveniences of home, you will love the Glen House. This new, award-winning mountain estate home is located on the Sunday River Golf Course at the Sunday River Ski Resort. You will find free trolley pickup at your front door, discount ski and golf passes, in house masseusse, in house spa services such as pedicures and facials, personal chef, a stocked pantry and bar, and a personal conceierge waiting to pamper you. This 9 bedroom, 8 spa-inspired bathroom house features a 2-person steam room and a magnificent 5 person steam room sauna, both with surround sound connected to the whole house theater system body sprays, two hot tubs – one overflowing into the heated pool and the other on the second floor turret overlooking the entire Glen, golf course and Mahoosuc Mountain Range, an amazing 20 seat authentic HD movie theater with all the latest releases, wifi throughout, a whole house entertainment system, 3 kitchens including an outdoor kitchen at the pool, a massive towering stone fireplace, childcare options, a 3 car garage filled with recreational equipment, Playstation 3 with games, board and card games, books, children’s toys, baby and toddler supplies,central air conditioning, and a great gas outdoor fire pit right on the deck overlooking the mountain range.
On the entertainment loft you will find a mahogany foosball table, an 8’ professional tournament pool table, and a great classic bar with an icemaker, copper sink and beer fridge. Over the bar is a plasma TV to watch the game, or you can swing it out to be able to watch the game while relaxing in the hot tub in an open air arena. You will enjoy eating breakfast on the screened porch and then having all 26 of you sitting down together in the dining room for a wonderful meal that your personal chef has prepared for you. In the evening, sit out on the deck in from the incredible view and roast marshmallows on the gas firepit. With so many gathering areas there will always be loads of room for everyone to spread out and find a private spot for reading or napping or just daydreaming but still be able to gather together in one grand room – or perhaps at one of the 4 house bars!
There is a huge 40' custom outdoor heated pool, with benches and jets built into each corner, and a hot tub overflowing into it. Adjacent to the pool is the playground. This is no ordinary playground. It is a real redwood tree that has been hollowed out in the middle and a door put on it so you can climb up inside the tree to the funky treehouse built on the top of it! From there you can race down the spiral slide or climb the monkey bars to the swings or sping on the tire swing under the treehouse balcony. And the whole thing is sitting in a giant sandbox filled with beach toys and sea shells! After a day of playing in the sand, the kids will get a real kick out of taking a hot shower outside by the pool’s dedicated bathroom.
In the winter, you will enjoy free trolley pickup right at the front door, or use on of the 3 VIP parking passes for front row parking at the base lodge. The golf course will be your private playground, perfect for snow shoeing and great sledding.
