Vacation Rental Description

The Village house is on Mason street, a quiet residential street adjacent to the Bethel Town Common and the mountain explorer free winter bus. From the house it is a short walk to all village shops and retaurants as well as golf or cross country skiing at the Bethel Inn. Our house is perfect for large family reunions or a couple of families looking for a winter or summer holiday.
The home has 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, the kitchen is fully applianced and has service for 12. In the half bath there is washer and dryer and we also have a high chair and crib for the baby if needed. In the living room there is a gas Vermont Castings wood stove, a couch, setee and two cahairs and a TV and DVD player. In the back bedroom there is a table and chairs that is a great place for children to play cards or games away from the adult crowd. There is also a second TV in one of the bedrooms upstairs and dial up internet access available.
There cis a glassed front entry, a covered back deck with gas grill, a 2 car garage and a large grassy yard for the kids to play in.

Additional linen and service fee of $100 per stay.
Payments at time of reservation.
Security deposit of $500 per stay.
Cancellations recieved prior to 30 days (60 holiday periods) to the rental period will recieve a full refund less a $25 handeling fee. Inside of that time there will be no refund unless the property can be rented to another party for nthe entire reserved time.
