Hovering high upon the beautiful Sunday River’s Powder Ridge, The Heights provides you with an extraordinary view of the Mahoosic Mountain range.
Its construction just completed, The Heights is a spectacular, 7500 square foot, contemporary home with 2000 square feet of glass frontage, privately situated on five acres of woodland to maximize serenity and seclusion.

The Heights is two separate units...the Eagle's Nest and The Bobcat's Den, which can be rented as a complete entity or independently. Its unique design allows for free flowing multi-level living as one full unit or two separate locked-off units with completely private entrances. The units are completely different, yet uniquely spectacular and fully soundproofed. The goal of this design is to provide luxurious accommodations for small corporate retreats or for large family get-aways.Outside, we just completed an 8000 Square foot full frontage deck, which is the stepping-stone to the beautiful in-ground heated swimming pool.

The construction has just been completed for the gorgeous new 1000 square foot pool house, located down at the pool area, near the private children’s play area. This pool house provides our renters with a complete kitchen, Laundry Room, and Full-Size bathroom. Outside, for your convenience, is located a large sized stainless steel gas grill for your mid-day pool parties.

Deposits confirm your reservation - and they generally range from 1/4 to 1/2 of the total cost of your rental vacation.

Cancellation Policy: We have absolutely no desire to profit from an unfortunate change of plans. So, we will refund 100% of your deposit if and when we are able to rebook your vacation time frame. If you are concerned that you may have to cancel your vacation, please purchase trip insurance. For relatively little money, about $400 for $6000 worth of coverage, you can find peace of mind.
