Vacation Rental Description
The Lake Cottage is a step back in time. It is on remote Concord Pond in the mountains. The pond is peaceful and quiet and the area is not serviced by electricity. The stove, refrigerator, lights and heater are gas appliances. There is a phone and dial up internet access available and good cell phone service.
Our cottage sits right at the waters edge, with a large grassy yard and good shallow sandy beach access. In the back there is a large pine grove and a stream that babbles after a rain. To one side is a privacy fence between our neighbor and the other side is a half mile of conservation land. The lake side of the camp is most private because of the trees and the location of our neighbors beach area. There is a dock, a canoe for your use and a wonderful fire pit at vthe waters edge. There is also a screened porch at the front of the cottage and a hammock in the side yard. It is a wonderful private couples get away or great for families with younger children.
The cabin has a master bed room with queen bed, a small bunk room with bunkbed and a large loft with 3 twin beds.There is a small bathroom with cold running water only, but a shower stall that can be used by heating water in the sun or on the gas stove.
Relax, watch for Moose, falling stars and listen to the loons. This is heaven for sure!

    Cash,check,MC or Visa accepted. Payment at time of reservation. $500 security deposit/stay. $100 service fee per stay. Cancellation Policy: Full refund, less a $25 handeling fee if notice received 30 days (60 holiday periods)prior to reservation. If within the 30 days the rent is forfieted unless the cottage can be rebooked to another party for the entire reserved stay. Weekends may be available spring and fall or on short notice if available.
