7 Bedroom House in Bryant Pond

This unique and historic lakefront home nestled in the foothills of the White mountains is one of very few in the area able to accommodate large groups under one roof. Owned by a real train engineer, the house has lots of railroad nostalgia sure to thrill all. We boast the largest yard on the lake, great for weddings and summer fun. A Hot tub, horseshoe pit, a swing set for the kids, a boathouse and a store/restaurant just a stone-throw away are amenities hard to find elsewhere.  
 
The house faces to the west which means lots of sun and great sunsets. Our huge deck and screened porch afford great views. There are 2 living rooms, each has a cable TV, one with DVD the other with VCR. There is a Pool table, fireplace, and giant, fully equipped kitchen/dining room with woodstove. 2 fridges and 2 freezers as well.

Winter: Just 15-20 minutes to the famous Sunday River ski resort with its 100 plus trails and state of the art snow making equipment. From mid-November to mid-April you can count on Sunday river to keep the snow-a-fallin'. When other Maine & New Hampshire mountains are closed, Sunday river defies the elements! just 10 minutes to the family-oriented Mt Abrams ski slopes. Snowmobiling trails are right outside the door! Don't forget our hot tub after a fun day of skiing!  
 
Summer: One of the most pristine, spring-fed lakes in the area with beautiful sunsets, the call of the loon, and endless fun in the water. Canoes, a rowboat, and a pedalboat are just waiting for you to hit the water. Power boats are welcome, rentals available nearby. For you mountain climbers, there are nearby trails of all types, for beginners or experts. Want a climb a 4000 footer? 'Old Speck' is just 35 minutes away.

March/ April: Great Spring skiing ! Any size group, large or small is welcome. Please call for reduced rates.

Summer weekly rate: June 26-August 28: Saturday-Saturday 5200 plus tax and cleaning. 
Late Aug thru Oct rates reduced. 
 
By the week, midweek or weekend - great for any group - large or small!
