Three levels: 14,000 square feet Total 
Adams Mountain Road is the Heart of the Mountain.... A snowball throws to the Whiffletree super-quad, to Haul Back and the New Burnt Mountain, Sugarloaf Kids Nursery, Laundry, the Comp Center, an easy walk across the slope to the base lodge, lift tickets, restaurants, entertainment, Torch Light Parade, Fire Works, ski shops, the Chapel. 
• The Fitness Center is located just below us off the Birches slope next to us. It has a full Gym, Racket Ball courts, indoor swimming pool & both an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi. The cost for the Fitness Center is just $12 a day during Ski Season and $8.00 per day during the summer months. 
 
900 Upper - Sleeps 6-8 (2 Levels) 
Upper 900 - 2 levels - 900 square feet living area 3 BR, 1 & 1/2 Bath, Full size Kitchen.  
First floor level: Deck, Entry Mud room to Living room Dining area with Full Kitchen.  
Master Bedroom with King size bed, Bathroom.

Upon arriving we didnt know there were 2 units in the building. The owners unit is more grand however the space provided for rent is very well kept and modern. Great owners! Great Location.

2 different apartments available have stayed several times and in both apartments both are very comfy with all the updates and with ski in and ski out best location!!! Location is right by all the activities and the Sugarloaf Village. Will be back next year!!!!!

You couldn't find a more convenient home to rent - steps from daycare, the lodge, the village, and lifts. Charming and cozy condo with the ultimate hospitality provided by the nicest owners. Who could ask for anything more?

The condo is cosy, clean, with all the amenities. It holds books and pictures of the Sugarloaf past, and is ski in - ski out for the present. Just steps to the lodge. Very convenient.

We had a group of 7 women that rented the upper condo and we loved it. It had everything that we needed and everywhere that we wanted to go was just a short walk. It was so convenient. The owners were wonderful and accomodating. It was a pleasure to stay there and we hope to return next year for our girls ski weekend.
