This wonderful three-story Victorian which began life as an Inn in service to the steamships traveling the coast of Maine and later became a Captain's home. This is the perfect spot for your family reunion. Spectacular sunsets are yours to enjoy from the spacious three-sided, screened/glassed, wrap-around porch. With its Ping Pong table, Foosball game and comfortable wicker furnishings, this porch is the spot where everyone congregates. The second and third floors have four bedrooms and one bath each; first floor provides a 3/4 bath, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, large living room with a fireplace and several furniture groupings provide plenty of space for indoor activities. There is a mooring, kayaks and aluminum rowboat available for your use. The yard is spacious with a swing set for children, a terrace area with picnic tables and Adirondack chairs from which to enjoy the beautiful views, or a cook-out; multi-level grounds slope to the water. Explore the Bay with the two Tandem Kayaks that are provided by the owners. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are included with this cottage.

Deposit required at time of booking. Bookings made after April 1st require payment in full at time of booking. Payment must be in US Funds. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or certified US Bank Funds. Personal Checks(US FUNDS)are accepted if reservation is made more than 60 days in advance. CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, Cottage Connection will attempt to re-book the same property for the same time period. If this attempt is successful, cancelling parties will receive 75% of all monies paid. If this attempt is unsuccessful, all monies paid will be forfeited. Please note that if a reservation is changed, the change will be treated as a cancellation and there will be an additional fee charged for this change. We feel that it is in your best interest to consider the CSA Travel Protection we have put in place for you.
