Flat yard to water, giant picnic table, convenient to everything, private and quiet. Pretty much everything you could ask for in a 2 bedroom vacation cottage. Nice clean 60' deep, narrow 3-mile long pond, connected to other lakes and rivers, kayaker's paradise! Minutes to all the area's best attractions, beach, fort, lighthouse, Round Pond, Damariscotta. Less than an hour to Camden, Belfast, Rockland, Freeport, Portland. Great fishing, great float to hang out on, great swimming, great deck for cocktails, great picnic table for BBQs, great firepit for hotdogs and marshmallows, great recliners for lounging, great selection of novels, great toy chest for the kids, charming, no worries type of cottage, clean and well cared for.
