This newer home is a beautiful post and beam custom built cape with screen porch and deck. This year round home was built in 2002. The house is nicely landscaped. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and third Bed room has a full bed and bunk beds. There are three full baths.

There is a finished walk out basement with play area and pullout queen size bed, cable TV and full bathroom. The outdoor shower is great for sand removal after the beach.

There is a swimming cove with swim float, association dock with float, and mooring available. Lobstermen can be seen hauling their traps from the porch. The kayak is great for a seals-eye view.

Boothbay Harbor is a 5 minute drive. There are many restaurants, shops, and galleries. Anything else you may need is close by.
