Vacation Rental Description

Very private, last camp at the end of Knight's landing Rd.Enjoy canoeing, fishing swimming or hunting. Fire up the grill while the kids jump off the dock. Set a fire in the wood stove and enjoy the cozy atmosphere, or enjoy a outside fire in the fire pit in the front yard. All the seclusion of the woods with the amenities of home. Last property on the road, so very private and surrounded by forest and lake front. Includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer. Sleeps 8 including 1 king, 1 queen, 3 singles and a sleeper sofa. Also whirlpool bath, wood stove, phone, TV, radio, DVD, CD player and indoor games for rainy days. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Circa 2000, the house is situated on the water with 202 feet of private shoreline on Berry Cove. Good view to the big lake, but generally stays very calm for swimming and canoeing. Includes docking system and separate boat mooring. Canoe is included. Public boat launch is 1.4 miles from camp.

Low Season Price : $795
High Season Price : $1350 per Week
Require 50% deposit to hold. Payment by check.
Balance due 30 days before occupancy.
Also require $200 refundable escrow deposit against damages and 7% Maine occupancy tax. Deposits fully refundable if another tenant is secured after cancellation, otherwise deposit retained to extent new rental is for lessor rate or none obtained.
