This 4 year old waterfront home has stunning 180 degree waterfront views, an 18' x 16' brand new deck, dock, canoe, grill, swim float, kiddie pool,Inside it is tastefully decorated, has beautiful vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan, washer , The kitchen has electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, and everything you need, including supplies for a lobster feed. The living is comfy has seating for 6 and has dish tv and a gas stove. There is a dining area that accomodates 6-8, the 3 season porch has a sofa, 3 comfy chairs, and a table with 4 chairs, perfect for playing games. Both bedrooms have a twin and a full bed, lg closets, nice bedding, tv, books and magazines, also iron and small ironing board, the bathroom has everythng you need. Ther are plenty of games and books, magazines, and tourist literature. The basement has a partially finished area with 2 futons and a table set, a great area for overflow company, and for the bigger kids to hang out and play games. there is a washer and dryer in the basement. The garage has plenty of floaty toys, kiddie pools etc for the kids.
