It features ocean views from every room, a cozy living/dining room with a Franklin Fireplace, a cheery sun-porch, a large kitchen with glass-top electric stove and dishwasher; a full bath, and oil hot water heat. The cottage has a large downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, an upstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 double bed and a private sun-porch.
