This year-round house on a private lot on the lake has two bedrooms on the main level, a complete kitchen, dining area, fireplace with overflow bedroom in the basement overlooking the lake. The wraparound deck contains large screened-in room and treehouse area. A full-size two-car garage is convenient to the road, especially convenient during heavy snowstorms. Cathance Lake is quiet and natural but also presents no limitation to watercraft size. This body of water is one of the cleanest in the country, containing landlocked salmon, trout and bass.
