Vacation Rental Description
We have three, clean and affordable, rustic Maine cottages on beautiful Salmon Lake. They are great for individual rental or a great opportunity for groups of family or friends to vacation together. Each cottage has ample parking and the cottages are spaced well apart for individual rental. The cottages are fully furnished. They sleep a family of 5 comfortably. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room with tv and dvd players, two bedrooms, and a 3/4 bath. Blankets and pillows are provided, but liens are not (sheets, pillow cases or towels). Each cottage has a propane gas heat monitors for those chilly nights. Each cottage has a gas grill, picnic bench, a screened room and fire ring (free wood provided). There is a large redwood swing set for the children and a horseshoe pit area. The waterfront is a common area for all guest to enjoy. There is a 50ft dock with ladder for swimming or fishing, a swim platform/bouncer in the water, one canoe and two kayaks (free of charge), a three person swing and an 8 person stone patio set (with umbrella) for your relaxation. We also have a 14ft aluminum V-hull, 25 hp fishing boat with trolling motor and live well for rent (please inquire if interested). Pets are welcomed.
The lake is approximately 700 acres with access to McGrath Pond which is another approximately 500 acres. The size of the lake is great for all water sports or for those who love to take a kayak and explore the many beautiful wildlfe that habitates the lake. Salmon Lake has a lot for the nature lover. We have an egales nest, osprey nest, families of loons and ducks, and other Maine wildlife. The lake is great for the fisherman in you.

We have fire rings for all three cottages. Wood is provided free of charge. A Garden hose is provided for fire extinquish.
Just before our camp road there is the North Belgrade Convenience store, they also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily at very affordable prices. It's a five minute walk from the cottages. There are other local convenience stores 5-10 minute drive down Rt 8 (movie rentals).
Our cottages are located approximately 20 minutes from our Rt 95 (exit 112B).

Off our highway exit (112B) we have lots of shopping malls, restaurants, movie theater and gas stations. Other towns close by such as Waterville and Oakland also offer these conveniences. The property owners are happy to provide you with more details and directions.
