Vacation Rental Description
This family owned vacation home is located in beautiful Bass Harbor Maine. This home has three bedrooms, all have queen size beds, two bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout. One of the many features are a full size kitchen that offers a dishwasher, microwave and full size refridgerator. The other is a washer and dryer in the home for all to use as well as clean linens and towels. In the living room the sofa will pull out to a full size bed if you need the extra space as well as DirecTV to watch your favorite programs. There is a dining room for family dinners or if you perfer to be outside, a large patio equipped with a grill for barbaque's, a large patio umbrella table that will seat as many as you can fit with extra chairs for all. You can also enjoy the game room that has a pool table and outside, horse shoes, darts and plenty of hiking trails and carriage roads for biking. This home is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, boating, swimming, kayaking, mini golf, fishing and golfing. You can also visit, Acadia National Park, Cadillac Mountain and Bar Harbor. There is a FREE shuttle bus that runs every hour on the hour and will pick you up and drop you off at the end of the driveway. The shuttle bus runs into Bar Harbor, Echo Lake and all other hot spots on the Island.

    • There is a campground very close to the house that allows visitors to use their pool. For a small fee, you can use their pool and can be lots of fun for the little ones if going to the beach is to much work.

    		  Low Season Price: $600 per Week
      High Season Price: $950 per Week
         

    Off Season: May & June - $600.00 per wk. Summer Season: July & August - $950.00 per wk. Peak Season: September & October - $650.00 per wk. A deposit of 50% towards the length of your stay is due upon reservation. This can be paid by credit card or a check being mailed. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your arrival. If there is a need to cancel, a thirty day notice is required for a refund of your deposit. If notice is given less than thirty days your deposit becomes non-refundable.
