Vacation Rental Description
A piece of Island History! Built in the early 1900's, the house has been completely renovated, but not so much as to lose it's character or 'classic Maine feel'.
Retained in most of the house are the original wide pine flooring, window and door moldings and the dining room display cabinets. New windows throughout to soak in the west facing shore line and view of smaller islands stretching out to the sea.
The house rests on a private grassy knoll and is only about 80 feet from the beach front. Also offered are a Pier, dock and mooring for those sailing in or bringing motor boats or kayaks. And a very cute mini lobster play boat on the beach for the imaginations of young ones.
Classic covered, wrap around porch with whimsical Adirondack chairs to sit and watch as dusk spreads out over the ocean.
All the ingredients for a glorious summer vacation.
One queen bed in the master, two twins in each of the other two bedrooms. Washer and dryer included, all linens and fully equipped kitchen with dish washer.
A very fine, oceanfront property.

    Rent shown is base rent only. Additional charges include 7% Maine State lodging tax, a 200 dollar security deposit and a 150 dollar cleaning/linen fee. Half of the total rental fee is required to secure a reservation. Remaining balance due a minimum of four weeks prior to arrival. If cancellation is necessary, we must re-book the time reserved before any refunds are mailed back. We accept all forms of payment, including credit cards and Paypal.
