This property features 2 fully furnitured bedrooms and 1 1/2 full bathrooms. Both bedrooms are upstairs with balcony access. The property offers off street parking to accomodate 1 cars. The house is 3 years old. The
yard is landscaped with outside patio to included all the extras such as BBQ Pitt and gas grill for outdoor cooking.

The downstairs floor plan is open to accommodate small parties. The property is fully secure with outside motion lighting and alarm system. The kitchen has all appliances to include stove, refrigerator, microwave and a separate washroom for your convenience. The Garden District in New Orleans has its own private security patrol 24 hours a day.

Maid service is available by request for an additional charge. If needed, there will be a fee for extraordinary cleaning and for any damages. A $25.00 cleaning fee for not cleaning the gas grill or BBQ Pit after usage.
