Each of the 3 bedrooms boasts a luxurious queen size bed, seating area, long table with overhead mirror, generous closet space with Metro Shelving, seating area and windows with a view to the lush garden and tree-lined street.

The combined 1,200 square feet on the first and second levels is extended by a 500 square foot basement with lounge area, washer and dryer and a premium 8 foot Olhausen pool table.

At time of reservation, we require a deposit for the cost of the first and last nights of the stay or 50% of the cost of the stay, including tax, whichever is greater. We accept VISA, MC and AMEX. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Reservation deposits are determined nonrefundable as of ... eight weeks prior to arrival date. After a deposit is determined nonrefundable, a refund will be made only to the extent that the house can be re-booked, less a service charge of one night's stay, including tax. For any other cancellation, there is a service charge of 10% of deposit with a $100 minimum.
