(rate +8% = final cost) In the event you should decide to cancel the reservation, a 10% cancellation fee will be withheld from the total of the booking if you cancel 48 hours after booking. * If the cancellation is made after a period of time longer than 48 hours after booking there will be no refund. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and the remaining balance can be used for up to one year after the date of the booking.** No refund, and no credit will be given for no shows, or cancellations made 48 hours before the check in time, or anytime thereafter. Exception last minute bookings, made 48 hours, or less before check in, in which case there will be no refund, and no credit given. *Subject to availability.
