    At the time of your reservation a 50% deposit is required to hold your booking. Within 45 days of arrival, full payment is due and will be charged to your credit card. Should you need to cancel your reservation within 45 days, you will forfeit all monies received at that time. We will do all that is possible to find someone to fill your reservation and if successful, we will refund all but $100.00. There is a security deposit which is due with every reservation of $250. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of your departure once our housekeeping staff has inventoried the Unit.
