Vacation Rental Description

This is owned by two families and a great deal of energy and care have been put into the decor. It is, frankly, gorgeous, fully of beautiful windows and light. We take meticulous care of it and expect that anybody using it would do the same. It is within easy access of downhill and cross country skiing. To reach it, users would have to fly into either Sun Valley, Boise or Twins Falls, unless driving from someplace in the United States. We will not rent for a period of less than one week.

Our condominium is in the wonderful town of Ketchum, just down the road a mile or two from Sun Valley. The mountain near us is awesome and the one you want to use if you are a moderate or expert skier. The markets are in easy walking distance, the theatre, restaurants, the bus-everything, in fact, is right outside our door + a little walk for some. We have owned our place for many years and have never grown tired of our vacations there. Check out the location on a map- 2nd Avenue, next to River Run.
The summer brings music concerts, outdoors, walks, hikes and great bike rides. Everything goes on outside and it is lovely.
Paradise. Our children and grandchildren are always eager for a week or two with us in Sun Valley/Ketchum.

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	$1,400 per Week
				High Season Price:	$2,000 per Week

Two weeks before the arrival date, we would have to receive a check in Full for the use of the condo. If there is a cancellation we will refund the money up until 1 week before the stay.After that we would refund 1/2 of the money we received. Users would also have to give us a $500 breakage deposit, which would be returned the day of their checkout. My niece lives in the building and would greet and exit all users of the condominium.
