This fabulous, completely renovated 3000+ Sq. Ft. home is located just minutes from Friedman Airport. Just 15 minutes south of Bald Mountain and the ski lifts, this beautiful home sits up on knoll surrounded by aspen trees, offering views of the Silver Creek to the South and the Pioneer Mountains to the North. We are situated at the beginning of two trail systems (Toe of the Mountain and Quigley Trail) that continue for miles into the backcountry.
These trails are available for all terrain sports, motorcycles, bikes, hiking and snow cross-country. The back gate of the property opens up to a several acre green belt area for all kinds of fun. An outdoor fire-pit nestled in a grove of aspen trees is available for toasting marshmallows. Two large decks, and a large jacuzzi off the master suite deck await you in the back yard.
As you enter this light and bright residence, a large, comfy living room and an open floor plan awaits. The fully equipped kitchen is next to a lovely dining room that can seat ten. Windows are everywhere, with pretty views in every direction. Down a small hallway off the main living area is a lovely guest bathroom, with a granite countertop, radiant heated limestone floor, and a full bath and shower.
A bedroom, which is set up as an office and has a full size sofa bed in it, is at the end of the hall. It's a handy room for extra guests should you need it. The master suite is also on this floor, which has a walk in closet and as mentioned before, beautiful views and a sliding door to the deck and jacuzzi. A master bath with radiant heated floors is also in the suite.
The downstairs is as large as the upstairs. A large 52” LCD TV is located in the large media area and a 7 ft pool table are part of the recreational fun. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, with a bathroom located in the hallway between the bedrooms. This bathroom has radiant heated floors as well. Inflatable mattresses are available for your convenience, for extra guests. Off the media room there is a daybed and trundle for additional sleeping arrangements.
A large, separate laundry room downstairs provides a full-sized washer and dryer, with tons of counter space, cabinets, and a second fridge and microwave. Great for the kids for popcorn making at movie time!
The spacious two-car garage is attached and has a separate wet entry to the home. A Honda Element automobile resides in the garage. A bike rack is in the garage should you need it. New bikes are in the garage if you are interested in using them.
Situated within a few blocks of the river for great fly fishing, the bike trails for great biking, and all that the immediate area has to offer in respect to great restaurants and entertainment, this ideal holiday retreat can be yours!
