Rates: Depending on season $500.00 - $800.00 a night Deposit information: $500.00 deposit must be paid by money order or cashiers check only within 72 hours of of booking. $350.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 20 day’s following your last night’s stay. $150.00 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning inspection and garbage removal. Cancellation policy: The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable from the booking if you choose to cancel. All rents are non-refundable 30 day’s prior to stay & 90 day’s prior to special events or holidays.
