    *Rates: General rates: Oct-Memorial Day $1500.00 a week Peak winter rates: Christmas-New Years $1600.00 a week Value rates: Memorial day- June $1600.00 a week Summer rates: July-Sept $1800.00 a week Peak summer rates: Ironman-4th of July-Labor Day $2000.00 a week Deposit information: $500.00 deposit must be paid by money order or cashiers check only within 72 hours of booking. $350.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 20 day’s following you last nights stay. $150.00 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning inspection and garbage removal. Cancellation Policy: The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable form the booking if you choose to cancel. All rents are non-refundable 30 day’s prior to stay & 90 prior to holidays and special events.
