Comfortable and beautifully decorated townhouse is just 5 minutes to downtown, BSU, the river greenbelt, airport, golf courses, 20 minutes to Lucky Peak Lake, 45 to Bogus Basin Ski Resort (now open!!). Main level has big kitchen with all built-in upgraded appliances opening via a breakfast bar to "Great room". Living area with leather couch and chair to watch big TV, DVD player, Bose Speakers- bring your MP3 player! Dining table in front of windows seats 6, and half bath. Upstairs is a master suite with dual sink vanity and walk-in closet, queen 4 poster bed.
