Ilikai Marina #788 is the best place to stay in Waikiki. This condominium is a direct OCEANFRONT condo with incredible postcard ocean views. Located on a quiet side street, just a few steps to the beach, and a short walk to the World Famous Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Convention Center, and downtown Waikiki’s tourist area. Enjoy sunsets from our oceanfront lanai with panoramic views of the pacific and a "front row" seat for the Friday night fireworks over the water. Our one bedroom apartment provides a great romantic get away in Waikiki. This beautiful condo has recently received a major remodel, and with no expense spared. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counters, the best appliances made, and a full set of all kitchen utensils. It is truly a chef’s dream kitchen! Completely remodeled, the bathroom features double sinks, a HUGE shower with full granite surround, and a separate water closet (toilet). The entire unit has beautiful natural stone flooring throughout, plantation shutters, lots of storage, and designer lighting that you won’t believe. Toss in a wine refrigerator, and we bet you haven’t stayed in a nicer condo ever! It is generally known as the very best condo in the entire building.
There is cable fed LCD-TV in the bedroom, and also a cable fed LCD-TV in the living room (which is hidden in the granite countertop until you want it available via the electronic lift!). The bedroom can be closed off from the living room area with large shutter style slider doors making the bedroom very private or can remain open for a deluxe open studio look. Both the bedroom and living room have the incredible views of the Marina and of the Pacific Ocean Sunsets!
Located in our building is the world class seafood restaurant – the Chart House Waikiki – as well as The Outback Steak House, and The Red Lobster . Within a few block radius are dozens of additional restaurants and small shops.

A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation (30% for 3-week or longer stay). Payment in full is required 60-days prior to your arrival (90-days for 3-week or longer stay). A reservation may be canceled up to 90-days prior to your arrival date at no cost (deposit will be refunded). Cancellations within 90-days of arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit. Cancellations within 60-days of arrival date will forfeit the total rental amount (90-days for 3+ week stays). If we re-rent the unit a partial refund will be made (call for details). A security deposit of $250 is required with refund within 10 days unless damage or loss incurred. Trip Cancellation Insurance: We suggest you purchase a vacation travel insurance policy.
