Completed in 2007, this luxurious home sits on the North Shore at one of the worlds most famous beaches. The Blue Wave house has nearly 4000 sq ft, an unmatched view of the beach and sunsets from dining room, private loft/study, master bedroom, and mini-master. The home has a private road along side a spectacular bicycle path that runs from Sunset Beach to Waimea Falls. This is beachfront, waterfront living that you dream about. Also named the “Pipe House” by local surfers for the wave shape roof, every part of this brand new home is special.

From the outside you will see the wave design of the roof line. Entering the home, the ceiling follows the curvature and creates a feeling of being inside the waves. Every part of the home gives a sense of being at peace with nature and the infinity of the ocean.

The living room features pocket sliding doors that open up the room to a breathless view of the beach and ocean. The dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and mini master have unobstructed views of the beach. The sound of the surf permeates and you cannot feel closer.

Each bedroom has its own unique theme and the lounge/study has a 60" HD TV for evening entertainment should you decide to remain in.

Alarm system throughout increases safety and privacy.

Master bedroom suite - king bed facing the ocean with adjoining large bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and large shower area.
Mini-master bedroom suite - oriental designed room, canopy queen bed, private opening to the beach side, roman tub/shower, twin sinks.
Guest bedroom - contemporary design, queen bed, very large with jack and jill bathroom
Guest bedroom - Bali design, twin beds, TV/DVD, with jack and jill bathroom
Kitchen - modern design for entertaining. High end stainless steel appliances, prep area, wine refrigerator.

This is the spot where the world famous Triple Crown of professional surfing is held and several world champions have been Blue Wave House guests. Summer water activities are unlimited here, winter activities are within a short walk to more protected areas.

A few minutes to local restaurants and shops and rental stores. There is a bike path that runs by the front of the house and goes for approx 3-5 miles in either direction.
