Vacation Rental Description

A snow-bird's dream come true! Available for winter rental starting mid-November 2009 (minimum 60 days)

Our corner unit on the 15th floor is beautifully remodeled (new appliances, new tile and carpet flooring, and new kitchen cabinetry), nicely furnished, and comfortably appointed with kitchenware, bed linens, bath linens, and TV. Laundry facilities on the same floor just down the hall.

Floor to ceiling windows from bedroom and living room show a sweeping view of the coastline and two golf courses. You don't even have to get out of bed to enjoy the view. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the lanai.

Stricly nonsmoking.

The building has a pool and gas barbecues. World-famous Makaha Beach is just one-mile away, and many residents get their morning exercise by walking there and back.

Internet available for an extra fee.

This is our future retirement home, but until we move there, it's available for minimum 60-day rentals. The perfect place to escape a cold winter. Spend the winter golfing, lounging by the pool, or at the beach.

Add 13.96% tax, $100 cleaning fee, and $150 REFUNDABLE damage deposit. Much lower rates for stays longer than six months. Rental agreement required.
