All your beach needs are provided for including Boogie Board, Beach Towels, Beach Cooler, Beach Umbrella and Chairs. A fully equipped kitchen and an in-room washer and dryer make this your ideal choice for either long or short term vacation rental.
For the golfers there are two 18 hole golf courses just minutes away, the Kolina Resort and the Makaha Valley Resort, said to be two of the best on the island. The world famous Makaha surfing beach is less than a mile away and home to many International Surfing Competitions during the winter months. For you fisherman, take a deep sea fishing excursion from the Waianae harbor which is about 5 minutes down the road.

Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits are refundable less a $50.00 administrative charge for cancellations requests made at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Due to the fact that most of our traveling guests book two or three months in advance, guests canceling less than 45 days before arrival will receive refunds only if the unit is rebooked for their reserved dates. Deposits: 50% Deposit required on stays of 14 days or less to hold dates with balance due 30 days Prior to arrival. For longer stays a flat rate of $500 dollar deposit is required with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit of $100 is also collected and will be refunded after cleaning and inspection is done. We will charge guests after a checkout examination of the unit any excess cleaning or repair fee’s arising from their stay.
