Vacation Rental Description
Enjoy ocean views from ALL rooms in your 1,880 square foot Villa, the largest floor plan of it's kind at the Beach Villas. Rate now includes daily housekeeping and a complete change out of your linens mid way through your stay, at no additional cost. So now you have the advantage of a luxury hotel but with enough space for your whole family and at a condo price! The villa is also great for families traveling together as there are two master suites with a guest bedroom in between that sleeps up to four children.
Enjoy the outdoor living area on the larger than standard lanai, spacious enough for the whole family with seating for eight. Perfect for that first cup of morning coffee, watching the sunset and enjoying the outdoors together.
Views abound and both the Master Bedroom and Center Bedroom have expansive floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead onto the balcony. The Villa is also on the top floor of the stack and unlike other Villas has no neighbors on either side allowing for additional windows in each Master Bedroom.

It is Oahu’s premier Oceanfront Resort community. *If you seek oceanfront accommodations, our villa or the two Marriott hotels are your beachfront lagoon options.

One night deposit and returned rental agreement to confirm reservation. Balance due within 60 days of arrival. No cancellations inside of 60 days. Rates include complete linen change of sheets and towels, mid way through your stay. After all, you are on vacation. Rate now includes daily housekeeping for no extra charge which includes making the beds each day, hanging towels, remaking of beds with new sheets mid stay, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, cleaning glass surfaces, loading a load of dirty dishes into the dishwasher, cleaning bathrooms. 1,880 sq. ft. Villa. Toiletries such has soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels are also restocked as needed with the daily housekeeping rate. Villa sleeps up to eight guests, all on mattresses. Mattresses are from Hypnos, providers of bedding to the Royal Family including the Queen of England and Prince Charles.
