Ko Olina Kai Golf Villas Beach Townhouse – Paradise Found!
Welcome to paradise! Ko Olina is Oahu’s newest planned beach community resort on the west shore of Oahu away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Located 25 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, the resort is the ideal destination to escape from civilization. The beach townhouse is only a 10-minute walk from the lagoons where you can spend a day swimming and snorkeling. The lagoons are quintessential Conde Nast from where you can watch the spectacular sunsets.
After a day at the beach, relax at the world famous Roy’s restaurant with outdoor bar overlooking the golf course. The restaurant and golf shop are a 3-minute stroll away. Ocean activities, including chartered yachts and scuba are available at the local marina at lagoon 4. For family oriented restaurants, there's an outdoor restaurant at the Marriot at lagoon 3 and the Ihilani hotel at lagoon 1 - they're reasonably priced. There’s also a convenience store at lagoon 4. If you want to drive for 10 minutes, you can go to Kapolei, where there are several fast food restaurants, movie theater, Safeway, gas stations, medical clinic, etc.
The Paradise Cove Luau is also on the resort and is an entertaining experience that every visitor can enjoy.
The beach villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a 2 bedroom unit with 2 full bathrooms, a large living room with adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchen – built in microwave, electric range/oven, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher and disposal. There are plates, cups, glasses and utensils for 8 people. The furniture is a tropical theme with a Montego Bay sofa and rocker/recliner. The TV has a DVD player.
The unit sleeps 6 people in three beds and 1 person can sleep on the sofa (it’s wide and comfortable). If needed, an airbed can accommodate kids on the living room floor. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom with a recliner. There is a walk-in closet and standard closet in the master bedroom along with a double sink bathroom. There are 2 full sized beds in the second bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
The villa has central air conditioning and has a washer/dryer.
The pool and cabanas are a 2-minute stroll down the path behind the unit. BBQ grills are stationed in each cabana.

The town of Kapolei is a 5 minute drive from Koolina where you can find grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, fast food outlets, gas stations, theaters and a K-Mart. There is also a water theme park in Kapolei.
Ko Olina is your homebase to explore the rest of Oahu. Make the 30 minute drive to the north shore and watch world class surfers carve the waves at The Pipeline. Or take a hike and explore Waimea Park where you will be rewarded by a waterfall at the end of the trail. On your way to the north shore, stop at the Dole Visitor Center. On your way back, you have to try the world famous Matsumoto’s shaved ice.
Pearl Harbor
If history is your fancy, a visit to the Arizona Memorial is a must. While there, you can also visit the USS Missouri. Expect long lines, however.
