Vacation Rental Description
Maili Cove is located just 5 miles past KoOlina in the town of Maile. it sits on 1.5 miles of unpopulated sandy beach. You can swim, snorkel, dive, surf in your front yard or within a ten mile radius, sail, charter fising and diving, 5 golf courses, other beaches and use of KoOlina beach ponds, restaurants, and Hawaiin luaus. Shopping necessities are very close and Kapolei major shopping, restaurants and theaters are just the Honolulu-side of KoOlina. Maili Cove has an outer island feel, while still having the ability to drive into Waikiki (45 minutes) for night life if you choose. 
 
We are just 30 minutes west of the Airport just after the end of the H-1 at KoOlina. Just continue West 5 more miles to Maili. If you reach Makaha, you have gone too far! 
 
The interior of 318 was completely gutted last year and now has a beautiful gourmet granite and stainless kitchen fully equipped, a bar with stools, dining area, marble bathroom with large walk-in shower, marble and  
ceramic tile floors and carpets, mirrored wall with drop down queen bed for sleeping on the ocean listening to the waves all night, or king bed in bedroom with air conditioning. 
 
Sit or dine on the lanai overlooking the beautiful salt water heated, blue tiled pool and out to the ocean. Watch surfers, whales, dolphin, boats pass right by your balcony.

    • Laundry room is on site, parking is free and assigned, Cleaning or Linen Services are available at extra cost, 2 gas Webber Grills are by the pool for outside dining at umbrella covered tables, chairs and longers. Outdoor shower by beach gate with other wash areas for feet/sand etc before going up to apartment. There is a security guard on duty all night with closed gates and guest parking is available first come. FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS!

    • Theme park is a water park. Waianae Boat Harbour has charter fishing, diving and water sports. Cinema available at Kapolei as well as chain restaurants. Fine Dining available at KoOlina or at the Makaha Resort Golf Club and hotel. One of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii is at the end of the road past Maili Cove called Yokohama Bay. Anyone can enjoy it but many days are too dangerous. Use precaution as there are no life guards on duty at Yokohama.

    		  Low Season Price: $2,950 per Month
      High Season Price: $3,500 per Month
         

    Rate is all inclusive of 14% tax and cleaning fees. $500 Security Deposit that is fully refundable within 14 days by law, if all is left as found. Any damages are deductible from that fee. 50% of total charges is due to hold reservation. Balance to be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds as follows: 100% if cancelled 90 or more days in advance. 50% refund if cancelled 60 days in advance. After that, refunds only available case by case if unit can be rerented for your time period. If your time is fully booked, you will receive your full money paid back and prorated there after. I accept Pay Pal, Money Orders, Bank Wires, and Personal Checks Payable to McCloskey & Co., Realty. (My own real estate company) I am the owner of this property. Charges are extra for more than 2 adults. For prorations, use $145.00 per day.

    vacationhomerentals.com/32244 has several outstanding guest comments and ratings you can check out. Repeat business is very high with this years 4th year by one guest and many 2nd timers. I have been told that my unit is the best equipped rental they have ever seen.
