HOUSE: Hale Kaneohe is a recently renovated, single wall, redwood house. It is a typical house in Hawaii built prior to the current double walled homes that are being contructed. Other than the ceramic tiled areas, the entire house has hardwood floors. The house has three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, and office/family room. The washer and dryer are located off of the office/family room. The beds are queen in the master and second bedroom; and, double in the third bedroom. There are three televisions with one each in the living room, master, and second bedroom. 
Located close to the Koolau Mountains, this house enjoys the cool trade winds year round. Temperatures drop at sunset and evenings can be quite comfortable 
INTERNET: The family/office room has internet access with a Road Runner hook up and ethernet wire connection. 
GRILLING: Guests will enjoy grilling on the front entry way with a portable grill. All charcoal and grilling items are provided at no extra charge. 
PARKING: A garage provides covered parking and parking for a second car is provided in the driveway in tandem to the covered parking. 
YARD: There is a small yard in front and trees across the road.

It has recently been renovated and has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths w/ 1/2 bath in the master bedroom. Beds are queen,queen,and double. Amenities include grill,beach chairs,boogie boards,cooler,beach towels,etc. Fully furnished kitchen has pots and pans,dishes,all untensils,coffee maker, etc. Conveniently located. Close to beach (10 min. drive),golfing,shopping,restaurants,and other visitor attractions. 20 minutes to downtown Honolulu,15 minutes to airport, and 25 minutes to Waikiki. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki,and then retreat to quiet Kaneohe in the evenings. Although house is not air conditioned, the cool trade winds in Kaneohe,which is close to the Koolau mountains,provide for cool nights. Daily Rate: $175 USD Hawaii tax of 11.9% added to daily rate. Cleaning fee: $125 USD (Cleaning fee charge for 3-6 day rentals only, no cleaning fee for 7+ day rentals) Minimum 3 days.
