This fine property is centered on a nearly 6 mile white sand beach, just 30 minutes from downtown Waikiki. This marvelous retreat is the rarest find in all Hawaii! First let me tell you this is not a commercial property, like a Hotel or a Condo, but instead it is a fine home with every amenity. The Main House is uniquely situated right on the water, with sand and the ocean at your door. Of course you have complete privacy, the entire ½ acre is walled with a wooden fence. The backyard is a Hawaiian delight with a huge flagstone patio, an outdoor cabana with refrigerator, sink and Bar B Q’s. In the center of all this is an immense triangular swimming pool, perfect for that afternoon swim, complete with guest chairs. Of course there is an enclosed hot and cold shower for the beach and pool bathers.

Now about the MAIN HOUSE. It happens to be the largest beach house in the area with 8 bedrooms, and 4.5 baths! The master suite has a magnificent king size bed, a super large adjoining dressing room with closets and one of the largest mirrored dressing table you have ever seen! In the Master Bedroom there are twin sinks. In addition, there are many wardrobe closets, plenty of big windows to take in the beach and ocean views. All the rooms in this home breathtaking and dazzling view from every side of the entire second floor.

From the Kailua area, you can readily visit the Northshore and the Sunset Big Wave Beach, Dole Pineapple Plantation, Polynesian Cultural Center, or dozens of other great places and beaches (not as nice)! Or if you want to avoid all the tourists, you can stay where you are, and shop at the Safeway shopping Centre with its many shops and fine restaurants which is only about 2,500 feet away! Or you can go to downtown Kailua that is about one mile the other direction and has everything a shopper could ask for except crowds.
