We offer studios of approximately 475 sq.ft. in size, for two guests, to one and two bedroom, two bathroom units for 2 to 4 guests. All units are completely private, with private entrances, located right on, or just steps away from beautiful Kailua, Lanika beaches. Some have unobstructed beach/ocean views.
Your Home in Paradise is Modern, Clean, & Tastefully Decorated. Designed with Lots of Windows, Ceiling Fans, Quartzite, & Granite...some air conditioned. King size beds. All this makes for a very cool & comfortable ambiance. Interiors are Luxuriously Furnished in a Tropical Island Living Style & include Big Private Baths & Shower, Lots of Towels & Linens. Cable TV, Stereo, Phone, High Speed Internet Access. Some units offer Washer & Dryer in Laundry Area, balconys. A Kitchenette features all the Amenities, Accessories & Utensils for your gourmet creation. Barbecue available to grill while relaxing on the beach or in the tropical yards. Beach Accessories including Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Coolers, Mats, Buckets, Shovels, Baby Toys, Crib, and Much More. Free onsite parking. All units are reasonabely priced. Cottage Rental Rates

Low Season Price : €125
High Season Price : €135 per Day
Prices per night..Studios located 150 Yards away from the beach, $ 179.00 per night for a studio right on the beach, $ 189.00 per night for a two bedr. two bathr. unit located 150 Yards from the beach and $ 209.00 per night for a two bedr. two bathr. unit located in a house right on the beach but with garden view.
A 12.75% tax will be added. To reserve one of our units we require a deposit of $200.0, full payment due on arrival,check, cash or credit card. For payment of balance with a credit card, Master or Visa only, an additional charge of 3% does apply. 7 night bookings.
We do not charge a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or longer before your arrival date, we will refund the full deposit. If less then 30 days, we will only refund the deposit if we can re-rent the accommodation. If canceled within the week of arrival or "no-shows" will be charged the entire amount due.
