Vacation Rental Description
Located in the residential beach community of Kailua on the east coast of Oahu, 23 miles from the Honolulu airport and Waikiki, plus 1/2 mile to Kailua Beach and Kailua town for restaurants and shopping. There are no hotels. The island of Oahu is 30 miles wide and 44 miles long (as the crow flies). All attractions and activities are within a 60 to 75 minute drive from Papaya Paradise. Including the North Shore where large winter waves draw major surfing events. Pearl Harbor is just a 20 minute drive, Hanamau Bay at 15 minute drive with great snorkleing. Windsurfing and Kitesurfing is offered at Kailua Beach along with kakaying.

    • Large lanai is shared with guests (maximum 5 people) and is considered guests living room. With a library of books to enjoy reading at their leisure. Also references maps and pamphlets to all local island activities and attractions. Beach towels, chairs, mats and coolers are provided plus boogies boards. Off street parking. Papaya Paradise is for registered guests only (maximum 5 people), no outside visitors, so visit is quiet, private, and relaxing.

    To confirm a reservation a deposit of $100 for a 3 day minimum stay, or $200.00 for a longer stay is required to be received within 7 days of making a reservation. Personal/bank/travelers checks, international/postal money orders are acceptable. Also PAYPAL for the deposit plus processing. We do not accept credit cards. Balance can be paid upon arrival. Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date will have deposit returned. If cancelled less than 30 days, only if room is rebooked. Taxes of 14.% is added to daily rate, plus a $25 departure cleaning fee.

    Our OCEANFRONT CONDO APARTMENT 707 (Pats at Punaluu) is located on the northeast coast of Oahu in Punaluu a tropical town flanked by The Koolau Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. The building faces the OCEAN and has over 600 feet of reef protected sandy beach frontage. The view of the OCEAN is awesome from the 7th floor, with cooling gentle tradewinds breezes.

    The apartment is fully furnished with a double bed in the sleeping area and a queen size futon/couch bed in the living area. Can accommodate up 4 people.

    A complete kitchen to include range/oven, microwave, fridge, dishes, pot & pans, utensils etc. Also a washer/dryer in the apartment. Free parking

    TV, DVD player with movie libary; CD player with cd selection; telephone with toll free calls to the USA and Canada and internet access.
