Located in the residential beach community of Kailua on the east coast of Oahu, 23 miles from the Honolulu airport and Waikiki, plus 1/2 mile to Kailua Beach and Kailua town for restaurants and shopping. There are no hotels. The island of Oahu is 30 miles wide and 44 miles long (as the crow flies). All attractions and activities are within a 60 to 75 minute drive from Papaya Paradise. Including the North Shore where large winter waves draw major surfing events. Pearl Harbor is just a 20 minute drive, Hanamau Bay at 15 minute drive with great snorkleing. Windsurfing and Kitesurfing is offered at Kailua Beach along with kakaying.

Large lanai is shared with guests (maximum 5 people) and is considered guests living room. With a library of books to enjoy reading at their leisure. Also references maps and pamphlets to all local island activities and attractions. Beach towels, chairs, mats and coolers are provided plus boogies boards. Off street parking.

Low Season Price : $100
High Season Price : $125 per Day

To confirm a reservation a deposit of $100 for a 3 day minimum stay, or $200.00 for a longer stay is required to be received within 7 days of making a reservation.

Personal/bank/travelers checks, wire transfers, international/postal money orders are acceptable. We do not take credit cards. Balance can be paid upon arrival.

Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date will have deposit returned. If cancelled
less than 30 days, only if room is rebooked.

Taxes of 11.96% is added to daily rate, plus a $25 departure cleaning fee.
