To confirm a reservation we do require a 50% deposit; balance due 60 days prior to arrival; if booking within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is required. Full refund if canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival; cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the amount refunded. If canceled within 60 days of arrival, refund only if we can rebook, or refund for any part we are able to rebook. Cancellation fee of 3.5% will also be charged.
