Honolulu and Waikiki, Northshore Haliewa are all about a 30 minute drive. Golfing and fine dining at Turtle Bay resort is about 15 minutes. Kahana Bay State Park is 2 minutes and Punalu'u Beach Park is across the street. There is a market 5 miles up the road as well as a Mom and Pop market within walking distance. 
The house is well set up for families or small groups. The livingroom, dining room, kitchen, and another dining area are all centrally located in one area under a highbeam ceiling. The backyard area (small) is also part of this equation and has several patio chairs and a weber grill.  
The whole house has A/C and all the bedrooms have private remote A/c, TV's, and large beds. The largest bedroom (master suite) has a king bed, large flat screen HD TV, large stone wall bathroom, small kitchenette, and a private entrance/exit. 
The wireless internet reachs all rooms. There are books, movies, and music on a bose sterio. Surround sound on the plasma TV for that theater effect in the livingroom. 
The beach is right across the street and is walkable and kayak friendly.  
All soaps, laundry detergent, paper products (towels and TP) provided. 
All linens (sheets and towels) provided. 
The kitchen has everything you need including paper and foil products, condiments, appliances, cold drinking water, 
microwave, etc...
