    Cleaning fee of $100 is required for all rentals. Rentals less than 1 week require a $150 (US) security/reservation deposit. Rentals of 7 days or loner require a $500 (US) security/reservation deposit. If reservation is cancelled more than 90 days in advance of rental date, 1/2 deposit will be returned. If unit is re-rented for same dates the deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations less than 90 days of rental date will not be refunded unless the unit is re-rented. Payment accepted in US bank check, money order or cashier's check. Foreign bank checks must be in US dollars and must clear a minimum of 1 week prior to arrival date.
