Lovingly remodeled, the condominium boasts new furniture, new king size bed and queen sleeper sofa, luxury linens, a full kitchen with new appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave). The kitchen is fully equipped including blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Our vacation home has been thoughtfully appointed throughout. There are snorkels, masks, fins, ice cooler, beach chairs, a film and music library, WIFI, cable television, telephone with international access, even a docking station for your IPOD on the stereo.

If you forgot something, like sunscreen, we probably have it for your convenience.

Molokai is an island filled with suprises. No traffic, no strip malls, deserted beaches. Nowhere else in Hawaii will you experience the unspoiled beauty of the Hawaiian Islands like you will in Molokai.

Prices quoted are based on single or double occupancy. There is 11.42% Hawaii Sales Tax and a cleaning fee of $85.00.

Please also plan to include a REFUNDABLE deposit of $150.00.

50% deposit is required 61 days out. Full payment is required 60 days or closer to occupancy.

Cancellation: There is a $25.00 cancellation fee 61 days or more out from date of occupancy. If you cancel within 60 days, we will refund your payment if we are able to rent the days you have rented.
