Other Fees/Taxes: Hawaii tax: 12.42% Cleaning: $210 (free if rented for 7 or more days) Puamana Fee: $10/day - max of $100 Cancelation policy: If you cancel before making the final payment, then it's just $40 cancelation feel. If you cancel after the final payment is made, then the rent is paid back to you only if the unit is rented to someone else during the time you had booked.
