The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, TV, stereo, VCR and DVD player. Ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with new counters and fixtures. Includes full capacity washer/dryer. The first floor lanai is very private and has a BBQ. The second floor lanai is perfect for sunbathing and has a peek at the ocean. This is a non-smoking unit.

    50% deposit required within seven days of reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of any confirmed reservation is subject to a $300 cancellation fee. If cancelled after final payment rental amount is non-refundable unless unit is re-rented. Payment may be made by check, money order, visa or mastercard. A cleaning fee will be added for all stays of less than seven nights or any reduced rates. There is an additional $10 per day resort fee payable at check-in.
