This is a very dramatic and spacious corner end unit that is 1250 square feet, light, bright, and airy. There are two spacious bedrooms, and two tiled baths with soaking tubs. The condominium is fully-tiled with partially covered lanai, open dining room, and living room, and a fully-equipped well stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. New washer and dryer inside in the hall. Fantastic ocean and tropical garden views. Large sofa that makes into a queen bed if needed in the spacious living room plus two very tropical styled recliners to relax and watch the ocean views with whales spouting in the winter, or boats cuising by to go fishing or snorkeling. Spot a cruize ship across the channel all lit up at night! Tropical birds fly in and out of our creek especially at dusk to feed on the little fish in the creek or roost in our tall trees. We have a unique view that is a really special spot not able to be enjoyed by most other condos.

Very comfortable living area with two walls of windows in our corner end unit on the 2nd & 3 floor, two story living room! And, each bedroom and living room have TVs. Two are new TV/DVD/CD combos, and the larger in the living room offers expanded 900++ channel cable with FREE HBO AND SHOWTIME. We offer free ROADRUNNER HIGH SPEED WIRLESS INTERNET (or connect via modem if you don't have a wireless laptop) AND FREE LONG DISTANCE to US & Canada! The upstairs bedroom with fully furnished queen bedroom, has a corner office/desk area for your convenience, including high speed internet access (or use anywhere with wi-fi), an answering machine, a printer/copier/scanner for your business needs while away. We also have a large supply of new and old books for your reading enjoyment, and many old movies.

Decorator items and original art work! Not your typical Maui 'condo'. One master suite is located on the main level and has a cal-king bed and tropical quality furnishings and tons of drawers for your clothes. The other open and airy upstairs master suite has a queen bed, full closet and bath as well, and skylights above with high ceilings, nice to lay in bed and watch a cloud going over or the moonlight and starlight streaming in! For additional sleeping there is a queen sofabed in the living room with a real spring mattress, and of course those beautiful ocean/tropical views!
