This unit has been highly upgraded to provide all the comforts of home and make your vacation on Maui the most memorable. Custom features include Travertine floors, top of the line appliances, granite throughout, Imperial Plaster walls, 40 Inch LCD HDTV with High Definition signal and recorder, Custom Showers and Double Master suites. Careful detail was taken to make this experience on the Ocean one that you would receive from the finest Resorts. To further enhances these features their are additional comforts such as top quality linens and Turkish towels, two zone air conditioning, motorized blinds and all the in room amenities that you may not normally expect. Located on the sixth floor in the Resort you are surrounded by the view of the ocean and all you hear is the soothing sound of the surf on the white sand beach directly below you. Guests that have stayed in this condo have found it to be the best experience they have had on Maui whether it is their first visit to the Island or they have been coming for years. Facilities
The Resort has a heated pool with an adjacent cabana area for small parties. Bar B Que grills are also conveniently located next to the pool area. There is an abundance of chaise lounges at the pool, large grass area on the ocean or for the beach. There is also an exercise room, ping pong table, shuffle board and an assortment of beach activities. There are six restaurants within walking distance aw well as shops, convenience store and Internet cafe. The property provides underground parking. There is additional meeting or social rooms if you are planning a special event or gathering while you are on Maui. There is also an on site activities center for booking all your Ocean activities, Luau or other activities available on Maui.
Activities
This Condo and the Resort are located five minutes from the two championship Golf Courses in Kapalua and the two Kaanapali Courses. There are restaurants in Kapalua, Napili and Kaanapali which are all a short distance drive. Downtown Lahaina and Front Street are 7 miles and approximately 10 minutes away.

You are also located 2 miles from the Kapalua Resort to the North with Championship Golf Courses and more restaurants and shops or 2 miles to the South is the World known Kaanapali Resort with a shopping center, numerous restaurants and activities and 2 additional golf courses. The town of Lahaina is a short 5 mile drive and there are several grocery stores with in minutes of the Resort

Reservations require a Deposit of Two nights rate + Hawaii Tax. The balance of your deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival. If necessary to cancel your reservation your Full Deposit less an administrative Fee of $ 125 will be returned to you if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $ 165 Cleaning Fee and $ 75 Parking and Registration Fee applicable to all stays. Check in time is 4:00 PM and Check out is 11:00 AM. Payment by Cashiers or Personal Check. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Make my "Vacation Home" your own
I am 17 year resident (kama'aina) of Hawaii. Although I spent a considerable time on all of the Islands in my first two years in the Hospitality Industry I knew that Maui was home. Although, originally from southeast Michigan I left the four seasons of the Midwest with its mixture of the winter wind chill factor and the summers of comparable 90+ temperatures and humidity and headed for Colorado in 1984. After the experience of living predominantly in the mountains of Colorado in Winter Park, Evergreen, and Aspen I moved to Hawaii in 1994. An extensive 20 year career in the Hotel Industry which brought me initially to the Hawaiian Islands concluded 10 years ago when I began my dream job of selling Real Estate in Maui. The combination of these two careers has provided me the background and experience to provide for my guests the accommodations for the most memorable Maui vacation.
This Condo has been designed to provide all the amenities and features that I would want in my home if I lived there. In fact some day I hope too. In the meantime I am sharing the experience of this great place with guests who have an opportunity to spend their vacation time at this great Oceanfront resort.
