Vacation Rental Description
Nestled along the west Maui coast, this centrally located two  
bedroom one bath condo at Honokowai Palms is just 300+ yards north of the Kaanapali  
Beach Club (formerly Embassy Suites Hotel), 40 yards to the Beach Park, and 75 yards to  
the Pacific ocean.  
 
The condo is on the first floor in a traditional Hawaiian setting of  
lush gardens with a partial view of ocean and park. Reserved parking  
space is right outside the condo. No stairs or long walks with  
luggage.  
 
Honokowai Beach Park is right across the street where you can view  
exquisite sunsets (and whales from November to May), barbecue, dine,  
play baseball or volleyball, swim, or just meet people there. It is  
the best beach in Maui for young children because of the protection  
provided by the reefs.  
 
Condo is 5 miles north of Lahaina (old whaling town), two miles  
north of Kaanapali center, .3 mile north of north Kaanapali,  
one mile south of Kahana,  
and four miles south of Napili and Kapalua. 
 
Condo is fully furnished with large refrigerator, stove, microwave,  
cable TV, VCR, DVD, phone, small appliances, beach supplies, etc.  
Newly remodeled pool, barbecue and picnic area, lush gardens in  
front and back of our condo. 
 
The kitchen is full size with a walkin pantry. An excellent Farmers  
Market is MWF from 7 to 11AM just 50 yards from our front door! Free  
samples of local fruits, jams, dips, breads, etc. A must see and a  
great experience. New Farmers Market (health food) store and Bad  
Ass Cafe (coffee shop) is also 50 yards away. Large supermarket  
is 330 yards south.  
 
The master bedroom is decorated with Hawaiian paintings, the living  
room with beach scenes, the dining room with light houses, and the  
second bedroom with porpoises. Master bedroom has a queen  
size bed and second bedroom has twin beds with full size  
twin matresses. Both bedrooms have mirrored sliding closet doors and  
recently carpeted and upgraded.  
 
The floors are a dark brown plank except for the bedrooms which are  
carpeted. 
 
The condo is cooled by the trade winds, ocean breezes, and ceiling  
fans in each of the rooms. As some visitors say it is the healthiest  
they have ever felt because of the fresh cool breezes from the  
mountains and the ocean.  
 
Our Maui vacation home with all its amenities can be your home while  
in Maui.  
 
It is a bargain! Book Early!  
 
Can also check calendar button at top of screen, particularly for  
dates of less than a week in non available periods.  
Backup reservation and referrals to other moderate priced condos in  
our complex are honored if you provide dates, # of people, name, and  
phone number.

    Rental Pricing is for Single or Double Occupancy. Additional Persons are $10 per night per person. Hawaii Tax added to Rentals is 13.42%. Maid Fee ($80) for limited cleaning after end of stay. Maid Fee is deducted from deposit below. $250 reservation deposit which becomes a security deposit upon arrival. $170 Refunded after stay if left relatively clean & w/o damage. Reservation Deposit Is Refundable until six weeks prior to arival; thereafter, 25% less per week, unless we can rerent your time.
