Floor to ceiling windows allow unobstructed ocean views from the bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Three TVs with cable connection, plus DVD, CD, and VCR players allow a wide array of entertainment. A fully equipped recently remodeled kitchen and an in-house washer and dryer provide convenient living options. On the property there is an ocean front heated swimming pool and hot tub, plus a fully equipped exercise room, sauna, five tennis courts, five outdoor gas barbecues, a business center and spa. The Whaler sits in the middle of the most spectacular wide white sand beach on Maui with options of swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, boogie boarding, surfing, sailing or fishing just a few feet from the door of the condo. Within easy walking distance there are two world class golf courses, at least a dozen restaurants, the Whaler’s Village Shopping Center with many upscale shops, a whaling museum, five hotels, and five other condominium projects. Full payment including tax of 11.416% and $500 damage/excess cleaning deposit is due 60 days prior to occupancy. In case of cancellation, full refund is given as long as cancellation notice is received at least 60 days in advance of your first day of occupancy. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the first day of occupancy, there will be a $250 cancellation charge and refund will be made according to my ability to rebook the unit. I will deduct reasonable expenses such as credit card fees and rental agent commissions.
