From the herb garden to garden entry of our condo, you'll immediately feel like you're in a tropical paradise. The rich mahagony door opens into a home offering a respite from the hectic world. The new tile floor enhances more of the mahagony throughout the condo. Comfortable furniture, unique art and artifacts and pride in ownership gives each visitor a feeling of being "at home". Wireless/highspeed internet, 52" tv, dvd and cd player are conveniences you'd expect, as well as a safe, hair dryer, washer/dryer (and laundry soap)air conditioning and ceiling fans. Conveniently located to walk to Kapalua Beach and Oneloa Bay, or take the complimentary shuttle. The king-size bed offers a wonderful slumber; the sofabed is perfect for young children. You'll find rich mahagony detailing in the bathroom with its' large sunken bathtub/shower and more artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pantry is large enough for any length of stay. The large lanai offers chaise lounges for relaxing and a dining table to eat each meal at. The lanai is protected from any wind, and the large grass lawn offers more outdoor living space and is great for young children to play on. Choose from any of the 3 swimming pools, each with outdoor grills, to enjoy beautiful views and leisurely dining. Walk the grounds and discover various tropical plants and gardens that delight the eyes and make for great photo opportunities. Become part of the "Kapalua Sunset" family of repeat guests who have enjoyed reunions, weddings, and vacations in our home away from home.
Facilities
Enter into our "home away from home" and immediately feel comfortable. The mahagony wood cabinetry and details give warmth and originality of "old Hawaii" while updated features provide convenience and security. The 52" tv is a sports lovers' delight--makes it feel live and in person! Highspeed internet/wireless keeps you in touch when you need to be. Our collection of unique art and artifacts found in no other condo gives your senses something to always look at and discover! The king size bed with additional mattress topper gives you a wonderful night's sleep. Step outside and eat every meal on the lanai without any wind! The large lawn off the lanai adds to the outdoor living space. Enjoy our private garden with orchids blooming, and a beautiful tree providing shade when needed for a nap on the lanai. The tennis courts are just steps away, and choose from any of the 3 pools/bbq areas for outdoor grilling.
Activities
The new Kapalua Adventure Center is open offering ziplines, rock climbing wall(s) and a challenge course. It also has a bistro/espresso bar and retail shop featuring products from Patagonia, Columbia and Teva! The Village Golf Course is now home to walking trails, and the Maunalei Arbortum Trails offer incredible vistas and hiking delights! Take the complimentary Kapalua Shuttle from the condo to anywhere in Kapalua at your own convenience! The Plantation and Bay Golf Courses are a golfer's dream. The Mercedes Benz Championship is played on the Plantation Course the first week in January each year, and the new Kapalua LPGA Classic will take place in October on the Bay Course!
