Damage/Loss Policy The unit is individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove linens, dishes or others items from the unit. Guest are liable for additional charge resulting from any damage. We make every effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order. There will be a $20.00 charge for this service , and this is due at the time service is rendered. There will be a $20.00 charge for any lost keys. For the comfort of our guests the Complex and the unit has a no-smoking, no-pet policy. It is a $115.00 cleaning fee and 13.5% Local Taxes
