    PAYMENT: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover cards - 50% of total at time of booking - Balance due 60 days prior to check in date SECURITY DEPOSIT: This may be charged at the time of booking, or at any time during, or following the check out date. This Deposit will be used for excessive cleaning, damage, repairs, or losses, based on inspection of premises. Any balance will be refunded after inspection of the premises. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Cancellations at least 60 days prior to the check in date will receive refund of deposit, less a $150.00 service charge. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance of the stay will forfeit the entire deposit. NOTE: Travel and Damage Insurance are NOT REFUNDABLE. RIGHT OF SUBSTITUTION: Events beyond our control can occur that may make a property unavailable for your stay. We reserve the right to substitute another property which is in our opinion of equal or greater value.
