Our two bedroom,two bath condominium, has a garden view from the spacious Lanai and a partial ocean veiw from the front entry. With new furnishings and tile floors throughout, also carpet in both bedrooms. This unit is one of a few, in the complex, that has air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms. High speed internet/wireless is aviable for your use in our unit. We also offer many amenities such as snorkeling gear, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, and various beach items for your use. If you plan to eat in there is a propane barbeque, on the lanai, for your enjoyment. The Palms is just a quick 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Islands. We are also right down the street to the premere Shops of Wailea. The shops include the best stores in the world and some of the best resturants also. In Wailea you also have the convenience of five wonderful golf courses, to challenge you.

      High Season Price: $330 per Day
         

    There is a $500.00 security deposit to reserve your requested dates, which will be returned upon your departure from the condominuim.Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, we do not except cancellation. If you are unable to honor your reservation youy will forfeit all sums paid. Unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else for the same rate. We will do our best but there are no guarantees. All payment are in U.S. Dollars. For personal checks (from U.S.) must be received 8 weeks prior to your occupancy and all out of country check's must be recieved 16 weeks in advance. All cashier's checks may be sent 4 weeks in advance of occupancy.
